Hay Wong，簡稱Hay，真名黃俊熙，為一名80後網民，喜歡創作搞笑及輕鬆為主的影片，尤其以「Cooking HayHay」系列短片較受曯目，曾參與改編歌詞的演譯，其部分短片透過YouTube平台分享。不過大部人也質疑黃俊熙有刷點擊行為，在影片中經常賣弄女友身材也是引起網民不滿的原因之一。2013年曾獲邀到日本Tokyo YouTube Space出席開幕禮，並拍攝了一系列短片。
